Why Collect Can Tabs?

• Can tabs made from valuable, recyclable commodities (metals)
• Simple to accumulate
• Plentiful supply (found on many beverage + food containers)
• Nonprofits integrate funds from tabs collection into their operating budgets for much needed items

Why Ronald McDonald House (RMH)?

• RMH provides comfort, care, and kindness to patients (kids) and their families while undergoing nearby hospital treatment
• RMH is non-denominational and respectful of family beliefs
• RMH location recipient close by (22 miles from Jesse Lee)
• RMH collects tabs using funds received to purchase books and games for those utilizing their facility

How Does Tab Collection Work:

• Remove and save tabs from cans of both drink and food items
• Ensure tabs are clean and dry
• Save tabs and bring them to any collection vessel located in either Couri Hall (Carriage House), Jesse Lee’s Narthex, or Stevens’ Loucks Hall
• When an abundance is collected, tabs are delivered to RMH
• RMH recycles donated tabs and receives funds
