What's Happening at Jesse Lee Church
Safe Walk is here again!
The Safe Walk is a critical fundraiser and awareness booster for the work of the Center for Empowerment and Education, formerly known as the Women’s Center of Greater Danbury. We walk at this time of year because October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. We hope that you’ll join us in making a difference! Click on this link, which will take you to the Jesse Lee team registration page. Our sponsorship includes several free registrations, which are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please also consider including a donation to Safewalk with your registration! We will also have a donation box if you want to wait to donate on the 30th.
We need a few volunteers for the event to go smoothly. If you’re wanting to support the Safewalk but don’t want to walk as much, this might be a great option for you! Please contact Rob Mayette at firstname.lastname@example.org for more info.
