Sunday, December 7, 2025: Shoebox Sunday

Shoebox Ministry is our way of showing God’s kindness to seniors and children who might not otherwise have gifts come Christmastime. Please bring your filled shoeboxes to church on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. so that they may be presented at the altar and then distributed from there.

Wednesday, December 10, 2025: Advent by Candlelight

Join us for an evening of women’s fellowship, spiritual reflection and merriment! Gather your friends and host a table of eight or come on your own and enjoy meeting others.

Sunday, December 14, 2025: Handel's Messiah Part I

The Jesse Lee Church Choir will present Handel’s Messiah including the Christmas Section (Part I) and the Hallelujah Chorus. The performance, featuring instruments and soloists, will take place on Sunday, December 14, at 4:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary.

Wednesday, December 17, 2025: Blue Christmas Service

Held around the winter solstice, Blue Christmas acknowledges the sadness, grief, and loneliness that can accompany the holiday season. We hope to provide a space for people who are hurting to find comfort and community by focusing on hope in the midst of darkness. The service will include readings, reflective prayers, and lighting candles to remember loved ones or acknowledge pain.
