For the Love of Music
Jesse Lee Music Presents “For the Love of Music,” a Fall concert series featuring performer-led reper- toires. These concerts are a celebration of the music these talented artists love but haven’t been able to play when strict COVID restrictions were in place. Sarah Fox, Jesse Lee Church’s Music Director, finds that musicians and singers are truly at their best when they put their heart into the pieces they play. Both concerts, while diverse in their offerings, share the passion of these performers.
On October 10 @ 3PM in the Sanctuary at Jesse Lee Church at 207 Main Street, Ridgefield, CT, “For the Love of Music” offers a Chamber Concert featuring Corinne Metter, violin; Suzanne Corey-Sahlin, viola; Gunnar Sahlin, cello; and Marc Chan and Sarah Fox on piano. These talented musicians will per- form music they selected from J.S. Bach, Paul Wiancko, Chopin, Albert Markov, Gwyneth Walker and Beethoven.
On October 17 @3PM in the Sanctuary at Jesse Lee Church at 207 Main Street, Ridgefield, CT, “For the Love of Music” features baritone Christopher Grundy and Jesse Lee’s Sarah Fox for a three-part concert that celebrates music they both love.

Dr. Bill Pfohl says, “The Jesse Lee Pumpkin patch embodies our commitment to mission outreach, our desire to serve our community and our hope to help make connections with our neighbors close to home and mission partners in the Navajo Nation that reflect God’s love and light into the world. We hope everyone has a chance to come and enjoy the Jesse Lee Pumpkin Patch this Fall!”
